Our Story
Diaz Enterprises NY is the dream of our founder and CEO Melanie (Diaz) Partak. Melanie studied Culinary Arts at Schenectady County Community College and graduated in 2016.
After working for various local Hospitality companies for many years and becoming co-owner of D&L Hospitality Management, Melanie hit a crossroad with the pandemic. With the constant industry changes throughout those difficult years, she made the decision to pivot her career and power through. Thus Café con Mel was born in Cohoes providing specialty coffee and international cafe delights!
Diaz Enterprises NY will now make its way as one of the area's leading hospitality companies specializing in multi-cultural cuisine, expert event and wedding planning, and a one stop shop for all event needs with a full list of preferred vendors and venues to work with.
